This panel controls the live content of the foundation’s website (text, images, events, music, and the event popup). Saves are pushed to the server and go live for every visitor immediately. The Backup tab still lets you export/import a JSON snapshot, or reset to defaults.

Control every element of the public website from here.
Controls the three buttons under the hero text on the home page.
Controls the “Current Initiative” card on the home page — including the button’s text and where it links to. Point the button at this year’s competition page (e.g. pitha-competition-2026.html) while it’s open for registration or fresh off a recap, or back at pitha-competition.html between editions.
These entries power the public “Past Events” page — each one can carry a name, date, place, description, and photo gallery.
These cards appear on the Leadership page. The member whose title contains "President" is always shown first with a large featured card; use the ▲/▼ buttons to order everyone else. Use Hide to keep a leader saved but off the public page.
These animated counters appear in the "Our Impact" section of the Leadership page. Value should be a number (e.g. 120); suffix is optional (e.g. +). Changes go live on save — no code edits needed.
The player automatically shuffles and plays every audio file sitting in this site's audio/ folder on the server — add or remove a file here (or directly via cPanel File Manager) and it updates for all visitors immediately, no further steps needed. Supported types: mp3, ogg, wav, m4a (max 20MB each).
Only used if the live audio/ folder above is empty or unreachable (e.g. before audio-list.php has been uploaded to your server). You normally don't need to touch this.
Upload a photo to replace any placeholder graphic on the public site. Leave empty to keep the decorative placeholder.
The popup automatically features the event marked “Feature in homepage popup” on the Events tab, or the soonest upcoming event if none is marked.
These quotes rotate automatically every 20 seconds in a banner shown on every page. Keep them short and uplifting.
A chat bubble in the bottom-left corner answers visitor questions by matching keywords below to a saved answer. No external AI service is used — it's fully self-contained and free to run.
Add, edit, enable/disable, and reorder competitions. Enabled competitions appear in the nav dropdown and on competitions.html.

Controls the heading, subheading, and the six cultural program cards shown on the “How We Do It” page.
Edit the title, description, and image for each of the six cultural program cards.
Add every newspaper or media article that has covered the foundation. Provide an article image (a scanned clipping or photo), an external link, or both. Newest-first order and year filtering are handled automatically on the public page — just add entries here.
A short blurb shown at the top of the public Press Coverage page, above the list. The stat line under it (number of stories, publications, and years) is generated automatically — you only need to write the intro text.
No press coverage yet.
Add one entry per person, per event or program they helped with. If the same person volunteered at multiple events, add a separate entry for each one using the exact same name — the public Volunteers page automatically groups every entry under a single card for that person, with each event/role/comment listed underneath.
No volunteer entries yet.
Download or copy a full JSON snapshot of all site content — events, past events, team, music, images, popup, quotes, and FAQ — as a backup.
Paste a previously exported JSON snapshot below to restore it. This will overwrite all current site content.
Every time you click a “Save” button anywhere in this panel, the server automatically keeps a timestamped copy of whatever was live just before (the last 40 saves are kept). If content is ever lost — including from an accidental direct file upload that overwrote data/site-content.json — you can restore any snapshot below without needing FTP access.
Click “Refresh List” to load available backups.
Wipes all saved changes and restores the original default content. This cannot be undone.
