When you use a form on this site (contact, registration, host request, or youth sign-up), we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, email, phone, city, and message.
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, coordinate events and programs you’ve expressed interest in, and — if you ask — keep you informed about upcoming activities. We do not sell your information.
Submissions are received by volunteers of the Shree Chakradhara Mallik Foundation who coordinate the relevant program. We share information with third parties only where needed to run an event you’re part of, or where required by law.
Photographs are often taken at our public events and may be published on this site and our social channels. If you’d prefer not to appear, let a coordinator know at the event or contact us afterward.
